My company is looking to evaluate Stytch and we’re failing to even get started. Tried to sign up with email and despite it saying that it has sent a verification email to my corporate address, it never arrives. Email server logs show no connections from Stytch.com
I finally gave up and signed up using my personal Gmail account. Then went in and attempted to add a few other employees as admin, but all I can do is invite them and -again- it refuses to send them an email. I don’t see any method to just set them up an account and share the creds with them. All I can do is invite, and it isn’t working.
Am I missing something dumb?
Hey Jason - thanks for posting and sorry to hear that!

It sounds like you’ve already checked in email server logs, but I’ll note that sometimes corporate email domains/servers have restrictions in place that can block emails from some senders. Given that the issue appears to affect your coworkers as well but not your personal email address, I wonder the issue here may be something similar.
Login emails from Stytch come from login@stytch.com
, so it may be worth explicitly allowlisting that sender address in your email client/server if you haven’t already (for instance Microsoft’s Tenant Allowlist).
Otherwise, are you able to send the email address you initially tried to use to sign up, and those of your colleagues that didn’t receive an email, over to us at support@stytch.com?
We can then take a look at the logs on our end to see if we can spot anything that might have impeded email delivery.
