This 401 unable_to_auth_magic_link error just won't go away

I’ve tried to send it to other emails, but no matter what I keep seeing this same message after clicking the magic link.

Looking at a couple of examples, it looks like the magic links are being used, i.e. successfully authenticated, followed by repeated attempts to re-use them, those errors are expected.

If you aren’t intentionally re-using a magic link multiple times, sometimes what can happen is the email client might be pre-consuming the link. For example either by automatically scanning the email for links, thus clicking and opening them, or sometimes by opening it in a preview/webview on your device.

Any of that might be going on here? I notice the emails in question are Gmail addresses that don’t typically run into this sort of thing.
