I’m new to Stytch, and as we test our magic links in our test environment, I’m routinely seeing it take several minutes for magic link emails to be delivered to my inbox. Is this normal behavior for the test environment? I see the time-to-inbox quoted on the status page is currently 4 seconds, but it’s taking me closer to 5 minutes to receive emails, and that’s been fairly consistent in my testing for the last 24 hours for so.

Would you mind sharing a Stytch request_id corresponding to one of the requests where the email was delayed?
That kind of delay definitely isn’t expected. My first guess is that the email is being delayed on the email provider’s end (especially if you use Gmail) due to spam protection mechanisms, even though it’s delivered to the provider on time – but a request_id would help me confirm. This can sometimes happen during testing.
